Return Policy
Pulperia.es guarantees the right of return within the 15 days of delivery.
If you´r not in agreement with the received product, you are in your right to exert the return, as long as this one hasn´t been manipulated and it is conserved in the same conditions of shipment.
The flaws that can cause the return of the shipment on the part of third, and return transport is the responsibility of the client.
The return of product downloads (unloadings of archives and programs) is not possible.
In order to make a return, you need to put yourself in contact with Pulperia.es by telephone through contact form that appears in our page, indicating that you wish to exert the return of the product and to add:
- Number of order and serial number of the product.
When we receive the notification you can send the product to our adress, (the direct expenses of transport and return will be in charge of the client), Entered the product by Pulperia.es, that contains the original invoice and verified the his state , we´l return the complete amount by the same means in which the payment had taken place.
Only the return of products that conserve intact their original packing will be admitted.
